Social support is an incredibly powerful part of living healthy. And that’s why Whole Fit owner and coach Aarika Johnson is launching a new small group class series. We will cover the basics of wellness like nutrition and fitness. But the biggest benefit for participants will be accountability.

Participants will be committing to one month of weekly sessions, on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, starting January 28 and ending February 25. Our group will consist of 6 people and meet at the Whole Fit office, inside the Key 2 Fitness Studio at 840 East Main Street in Spartanburg, SC.

Each session will include self reporting, sharing successes and challenges, a lesson of the day and homework assignment. The goal is to help you better make positive choices and practice those new habits with other people who care.
