Many people need a push to progress in health and fitness – beginners, after a long sedentary period, even regulars that have plateaued. And that’s okay. My emphasis is on holistic health in groups or one-on-one. Either way, we work together as a team on your goals. Using the pillars of activity and nutrition, we will improve your quality of life, energy levels, physique and performance; while also prioritizing self-care, exploration and balance.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and a Certified Exercise Nutritionist through Precision Nutrition. I have experience leading clients of different ages, genders, ability levels, limitations and preferences.
